La actriz Pat Collinge (1892-1974) tradujo Dame Nature del original francés de André Birabeau (ver post de la obra de teatro). En la biografía de Patricia Bosworth no se dice nada de si Monty aportó algo al guión. No hay que olvidar que gracias a su educación europea hablaba el francés con fluidez y posteriormente intervendría reescribiendo los guiones. Ahora, aún era joven, contaba con 17 años pero ya mostraba una fuerte personalidad dispuesta a hacer lo que se le antojara.
Patricia Collinge se convirtió en amiga y confidente suya. En el próximo post recogeré sus impresiones de aquel encuentro.
Siguiendo con la obra, ella no intervino aunque contaba con una larga trayectoria en Broadway y debutaría en el cine en 1941 con La loba recibiendo un nominación a lo Oscar cmo actriz de reparto.
