Llama la atención que no asisitieran juntos Montgomery Clift y Elizabeth Taylor, como protagonistas absolutos de la noche de gala, como sí ocurrió para el estreno de The Heiress (La heredera) que fue cuando se conocieron (ver post).
En este video, de cortísima duración, se ve a Monty llegando, acompañado de Judy Balaban, asediado por las fans y las palabras entre sonrojo y asombro que pronuncia.
